Welcome to ForSkins (“ForSkins,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the ForSkins mobile application, website, and related services (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction.

By using ForSkins, you represent that:

  • You are legally able to enter into these Terms

  • You will comply with all applicable laws

  • You are responsible for your own actions and participation in any golf activities or side arrangements

2. What ForSkins Is

ForSkins is a golf round tracking and social ledger platform.

The Service allows users to:

  • Create and join golf rounds

  • Track scores and skins

  • View balances and settlements between players

  • Coordinate optional peer-to-peer payments outside the app

ForSkins does not operate as a casino, sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial institution.

3. Payments & Money Handling

ForSkins may display balances, winnings, losses, debts, or settlement suggestions between players.

However:

  • Any exchange of money is solely between users

  • ForSkins is not responsible for collecting, holding, transferring, or guaranteeing payments between users unless explicitly stated otherwise

  • Users are solely responsible for complying with local laws regarding wagers, games, contests, or financial transactions

We may integrate third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay, Venmo, or others. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users

  • Manipulate scores or fraudulently report results

  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

  • Upload malicious software or unauthorized content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Scores & Round Data

Users are responsible for verifying:

  • Scores

  • Skins calculations

  • Round outcomes

  • Settlement amounts

While we strive for accuracy, ForSkins does not guarantee that calculations, leaderboards, balances, or results will always be error-free.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account

  • Protecting your login credentials

  • All activity associated with your account

Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Service Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForSkins and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Disputes between users

  • Payment disagreements

  • Lost data

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform

You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
